By proceeding to our donations page you are confirming the following statements: 1) I am a United States citizen or an individual lawfully admitted with permanent residence status (e.g., a "green card holder"); (2) This contribution is made from my own personal funds and is not made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank; (3) I am not a federal government contractor; and (4) This contribution is made on a personal credit card and not a corporate credit card or the credit card of another person. Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal Election Law requires us to report the name, address, occupation, and employer for contributions that aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. The maximum an individual may contribute is $2,300 per election, with the primary and general elections treated separately. Federal multi-candidate PACs may contribute $5,000 per election as above. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals without permanent residency status ("green cards") are prohibited.  Any donor wishing a refund after making said donation will have their total amount refunded to them by check after a confirmation of the mailing address.
